Is prop on mercury outboard supposed to turn when hooked up to hose with earmuffs? - outboard prop guard
Engine starts well and works very well with the train to bypass switch (neutral gas). When I try to change gears and speed, the propeller does not rotate. This is similar to what is the participation of all. Is this normal or is it use?
